What are you looking to for satisfaction?
In John 4, Jesus meets a Samaritan woman at a well and offers her something far greater than the water she came to draw: living water. Jesus knows her completely—her past, her desires, her disappointments, and the places she has looked for fulfillment—and yet He lovingly invites her to find what she truly needs in Him.
In this message, we explore how Jesus exposes the “wells” we continually return to for satisfaction—relationships, approval, success, self-image, circumstances, and even our own efforts—and points us instead to Himself.
The living water Jesus gives transforms not only what satisfies us, but also how we worship. Through His death and resurrection, Christ removes our sin, brings us into fellowship with the Father, and enables us to worship in spirit and in truth.
Jesus knows us fully and loves us completely. Rather than asking the things of this world to carry the weight of our identity and satisfaction, He invites us to come to Him, drink deeply, and rest in His love.
